SUMMARY
Crystal planet is a small and promising looking map, but is in need of some work. It has a stylish look, and Yuri is happy to take risks in texture use, and the end result is busy, yet appealing aesthetics. The game is short and ends abruptly, and the goal use is sort of vague. The weapon distribution was odd: you get a shotgun, but only about 20 shells, a Chaingun, a Railgun, and a Rocket Launcher. The weapons didn't seem to fit the encountered battles. I'd have to recommend downloading this map just to give it a look, and have a taste of what appears to be a lot of talent that isn't being fully harnessed. Bottom line: needs work, but shows much promise.
